Delivery Information
As long as your order is placed by 3pm on Monday-Friday, we can guarantee that your order will be dispatched on the very same day. If not, they will be dispatched on the next working day. Below is a look at our different postage options.
- Second Class Delivery - using Royal Mail, this second class postage option should ensure that your order is with you within 3 working days once dispatched, however can take up to 5 working days during busy periods. This service costs £2.95, however we do offer this service for free on orders over £40.
- First Class Delivery - this first class service is also with the Royal Mail and we aim to ensure that your order is with you on the next working day after it has been dispatched, however can take up to 3 working days during busy periods. This costs £3.95.
- Next Day Delivery - for those who are needing their orders as quickly as possible then we offer a next day delivery service. As long as your order is in by 3pm on Monday-Friday, then your order will be dispatched via CityLink on the same day and will be with you the following day. This option costs £6.95 and requires a signature on arrival.
- Saturday Delivery - for those needing their order in double quick time, then this Saturday delivery service would be the best to go for. As long as you get your order placed by 3pm on Friday, we can dispatch your products with Royal Mail to ensure that you will receive your order by 1pm on Saturday. This service costs £9.95 and will require a signature on delivery.
- Overseas Delivery - we are able to dispatch our items all over the world and if you are an overseas customer then we will be able to get your order to you. The cost and speed of service will vary depending on your location, however your products should be with you in a maximum of 10 working days.
